As Chief Growth Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, David leads growth and merger and acquisition initiatives while helping guide firm-wide strategy and priorities. His role spans strategy, operations, people initiatives, and financial planning, with an emphasis on strengthening the firm’s foundation as it scales. He works across the organization to advance initiatives that enhance client service, expand capabilities, and support measurable, sustainable growth.
David brings prior leadership experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and value creation, with earlier roles in both Big Four accounting and global management consulting.
