David Bryant works with business owners, fund investors, and high-net-worth individuals on tax and estate planning matters, with a particular focus on the private equity space. His experience includes advising on compensation, investment income, distributions, bonuses, and exit planning, all with an eye toward aligning tax decisions with broader business and personal goals. David also works closely with clients on trusts, estate plans, and private foundations, collaborating with their broader advisory teams to build sustainable plans that can adapt as family circumstances or tax laws change.
Before joining Walter Shuffain, David worked in PwC’s Personal Financial Services tax group, where he developed significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals.

An Eagle Scout and former Division I athlete, David enjoys staying active outdoors. He spends summers on Martha’s Vineyard with his wife, Paige, and their sons, and enjoys skiing, golfing, and following New England sports.
